All your recipes are really fantastic, I have tried couple of it..I would like to know Garam masla powder recipie..it would be really great if you share the same.Or at least the brand of garam masla which you use for all your recipe.

Also let me know if you have any website for non veg items…

    • Hi Vijayalakshmi,

Most of my recipes are South Indian Vegetarian and using Garam Masala is minimum. Hence I do not prepare it at home. I will any good brand available whenever I need. For Biriyani/Kurma I use whole spieces like clove, cardamom, aniseed, cinnamon stick etc. I am a pure vegetarian, and I do not know how to cook non-vegetarian recipes.
