Gooseberry – 5 to 6 Nos
Curd – 1 big cup
Coconut gratings – ½ cup
Green Chilli – 1 No
Fresh ginger – a small piece
Salt – ½ teaspoon or as per taste
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Urad dhal – 1 teaspoon
Asafotida powder – a pinch
Method:
Wash gooseberries, cut it into pieces and remove the seeds. Grind gooseberry pieces, coconut, green chilli, ginger to a fine paste.
Beat curd and add the gooseberry paste along with salt. Mix well.
Season it with mustard, urad dhal and asafetida powder.

Thank you for visiting my site. This pachadi is not very familiar since it is little sour to eat. However this is the best way to consume more gooseberries which are full of vitamin c.
