Uma Ramachandran.
We were anxiously waiting, & got it from you. Thanks a lot.
A welcome post just before the Festival. Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for the wonderful recipes. I am newly married and just set up my own home. This is the first time I will be trying kozhukattai all by myself, thanks to your recipe
I have another suggestion. Sometimes just to make a variety, amma adds some idli milagai podi to the rice floor and makes small balls (like cheedai). She then steams this in the cooker as kaara kozhukattai. Because we get tired of eating more than 3-4 sweet kozhukattai each, this simple kaara kozhukattai is a nice change without having to make anything separate.
