  8. For one person what is the quantity should i want to use? Can we use this for white rice like kuzhambu?

    • Yes. You can serve this kuzhambu with rice. You can reduce the quantity of all the ingredients to half measure to make lesser amount of kuzhambu. However you cannot make exactly for one person since to boil the kuzhambu atleast a glass of water is required. You can keep this kuzhambu for few days in the fridge and use it.
