  13. Dear Kamala, I came across your website while searching for kolam patterns for our upcoming sankranthi celebrations in Canada. I was wondering if I could have your permission to print a few sikku kolams on a poster board. I still need to figure out how to print them since most backgrounds are black. I wanted to print them as white on a brown background. I’ll wait to get your permission before I do anything..Thank u so much and congratulations on the great work !!! Mamtha Arun

    • Hi Mamtha,

Thank you for visiting my Kolam Blog. You can print the Sikku Kolams. To change the background colour, you can open the Kolam in Paint or in Photoshop and change it. In fact I have seen many of my Kolams in other’s blog without informing me or giving any reference to my site. You are asking permission to use my kolams. It is great to know still people like you are there to respect other’s work. Thank you and wishing you a grand success for your Pongal Celebrations.
