can you please post some receipes for babies(that is the baby start to wean).how to engourage my baby to eat veggies?

    • Hi Kavipriya,

For babies, you can cook the vegetable along with dhal and mash it. This can be mixed with hot rice or can be given as it is. with little ghee. Or make veg sticks, i.e. cut the carrot, beans, beetroot, potato into 2 to 3 inch long thin pieces and boil it. Then toss it with a pinch of salt and introduce it. Or just cook the vegetable till soft and mash it with a pinch of salt and feed it.
