- Cucumber – 1
- Big Onion – 1
- Tomato – 1
- Carrot – 1
- Coriander leaves – few
- Green Chillies – 2 (Medium size)
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon or as per taste
- Curd – one big bowl
- Remove the skin and seeds from cucumber and and cut it into tiny pieces. Remove skin from carrot and cut it also to the same size of cucumber pieces. Cut tomato and remove the seeds and inner portion. Cut it into small pieces. Slit the green clillies and remove the seeds and chop finely. Chop Coriander leaves and onion finely.
- Beat the curd and add salt and put it in a bowl. Add all the cut vegetables in the curd and mix well.
