- Chopped greens (Keerai) – 1 cup
- (You can use any kind of greens you have)
- Besan flour – 2 cups
- Rice flour – ½ cup
- Peanut – 1/2 cup
- Ginger – a small piece
- Garlic flakes – 4 Nos
- Green chillies – 4 Nos
- Salt – 1 teaspoon or as per taste
- Oil – for deep frying
Mix besan, rice flour, chopped ginger and garlic, green chillies, peanut, chopped greens and salt. Add little water and make a dough.
Heat oil in a kadai and take out a lump of the dough and drop it in small portions. Fry till it become golden brown and crisp.
Remove it and put it on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil on it.
Note: Instead of green chillies, you can add a teaspoon of red chilli powder. Also instead of rice flour, you can add rawa.
