Thank you for the recipe . I am going to try it tomorrow. But I would like to know if we can do it without the sugar.

  5. Nice recipe. I would like to know the equivalent measurement in grams.

    • Hi Nashath,

In home cooking we usually measure the ingredients by cups and spoons only. Moreover, the flours are prepared at home, we never weigh it by the weighing scale. Use any cup and measure the ingredients with the same cup. However, for your guidance 1 cup is equivalent to approximately 220 grams. Again it varys from ingredients to ingredients.

  6. hi kamala…..how should be the dough’s consistency…..like chapati dough
