Instant Khoya

Ingredients

  • Milk Powder – 2 cups
  • Milk – 1/4 cup
  • Ghee – 3 teaspoons

Directions

  1. Put the milk powder in a broad vessel and keep it aside.
  2. Add ghee to the milk and bring to boil. When it starts boiling, remove from stove and pour over the milk powder slowly stirring continuously with a wooden spoon.
  3. This instant khoya can be used in preparing the sweets and other dishes.
