- Two nos big potatos
- One to one and half cup sugar
- Half cup ghee
- One teaspoon cardamom powder
- Few drops of badam essence
- Yellow food colour – few drops (Optional)
Cook the potatos, remove skin and mash it well. To this add the sugar and keep it on a slow fire. Stir continously till the mixture is thick. Add food colour and the ghee. The potato mixture will now leaves the sides of the vessel. Put cardamom powder, badam essence and mix well. Transfer to a greased bowl.
