Ingredients
Tomato – 2 Nos
Red Chillies – 4 Nos
Urad dhal – 2 teaspoons
Garlic flakes – 4 Nos
Oil – 2 teaspoons
Salt – 1 teaspoon or as per taste
Directions
- Cut the tomatoes into medium size pieces.
- In a frying pan add the oil and fry red chillies and urad dhal one by one and remove it.
- Add garlic flakes and tomatoes pieces and fry for two minutes in medium flame.
- Let the heated ingredients cool. Mix all the above ingredients along with salt and grind to a paste.
