  • Potato – 4 Nos

  • Onion – 2 Nos

  • Green chillies – 4

  • Salt – 1 teaspoon or as per taste

  • Begin by peeling the skin from the potato and cutting it into medium-sized pieces. Next, chop the onion into small pieces and make a small slit in each green chilli.
  • Combine the prepared potato, onion, and green chillies in a pressure cooker. Season the mixture with chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. • Once cooked, remove the pressure cooker from the heat and let it release pressure naturally. Then, return the cooker to the stove on low heat. Add the coconut milk to the pot, stirring well to combine. Allow the stew to simmer gently.
