Nellikkai (Gooseberry) Curd Pachadi
- Gooseberry – 5 to 6 Nos
- Curd – 1 big cup
- Coconut gratings – ½ cup
- Green Chilli – 1 No
- Fresh ginger – a small piece
- Salt – ½ teaspoon or as per taste
- Oil – 1 teaspoon
- Mustard – ½ teaspoon
- Urad dhal – 1 teaspoon
- Asafotida powder – a pinch
- Wash gooseberries, cut it into pieces and remove the seeds. Grind gooseberry pieces, coconut, green chilli, ginger to a fine paste.
- Beat curd and add the gooseberry paste along with salt. Mix well.
- Season it with mustard, urad dhal and asafetida powder.
