Coconut Laddu


  • Coconut gratings – 2 cups
  • Condensed milk – ¾ cup
  • Rawa – 1 cup
  • Sugar – ¾ cup (powdered)
  • Dry coconut powder – 1 cup

 Dry roast the rawa till it slightly changes its colour. Keep the flame to low. Add the coconut gratings and condensed milk and mix well. Then add powdered sugar and stir thoroughly till all blends well and thick. Remove from stove and slightly cool it. Grease your palm and take a handful of coconut mixture and press gently. Roll this balls into the dry coconut powder.
