I bought kozhukattai rice flour (Anil brand) from store and prepared the kozhukattai by frying the flour for 5-7 secs. then mixed the flour in boiling jaggery syrup and steamed it for 10-14 minutes. But the pidi kozhukattai was slightly like the one we used to get for maa vilakku. I could not find out where I went wrong.
