It is a quick recipe when you do not have ordinary dosa batter. You can also add a teaspoon of Jeera and little coconut pieces or carrot pieces to the batter.

Thank you Kalyani.
Which chutny is suit for this?
Any kara chutney will suit this. However, Spicy Onion chutney suits more for this dosai.
I could not make normal dosa in Australia. When i started searching for easy dosa i found yours very tasty .
Thank you Sai Sree. You can also make dosas from wheat flour, ragi flour and mix of all flours.
I didnt have rice flour. Can I use only 2 cups of maida or 1 cup maida and 1 cup godhuma ?
Thank you
Yes. You can use only maida or with wheat flour. Adding rice flour will crispiness, otherwise it is fine to make only with maida.
I tried this dosa today.Taste is good…My mom add some curd,1/4th cup of sooji, red chillipowder and coriander.Taste is awesome.
Tried this many times and every time by husband just loves it. Thanks for all your recipes
