Ingredients Pea Nuts – 1 cup Red chillies – 4 Nos Tamarind – a small gooseberry size Salt – ¾ teaspoon Directions Fry the pea nuts (you can use with or without skin) in a kadai without oil. When it is hot to touch, remove it. Add chillies, tamarind and salt and grind to a paste. Season it with mustard and curry leaves.
