Ingredients
Garlic flakes (small size) – 15 to 20 Nos
Pea Nuts – a handful
Pottukadalai (Chutney Dal) – a handful
Red Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 3/4 teaspoon or as per taste
Directions
- Peel the garlic. In a mixie put the peanut, pottukadalai, red chilli powder and salt and grind it to a coarse powder.
- Before removing add the garlic flakes and grind it for 3 to 4 rounds and then remove.
