Ingredients
Curd – 1 cup
Fresh coconut gratings – 2 tablespoon
Green chilli – 1
Curry leaves – few
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Mustard – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – a pinch
Directions
- Whip the curd and add coconut gratings. Add salt and mix well.
- Add the oil in a pan and when it is hot add mustard.
- When it pops up add green chillies chopped finely along with curry leaves chopped.
- Stir well and add to the curd. Mix well.
