minutesThis mixed vegetable pachadi is served with any pulao and even with chapati.
Ingredients
Cucumber – 1
Big Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Carrot – 1
Coriander leaves – few
Green Chillies – 2 (Medium size)
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon or as per taste
Curd – one big bowl
Directions
- Remove the skin and seeds from cucumber and and cut it into tiny pieces.
- Remove skin from carrot and cut it also to the same size of cucumber pieces.
- Cut tomato and remove the seeds and inner portion. Cut it into small pieces
- Slit the green clillies and remove the seeds and chop finely.
- Chop Coriander leaves and onion finely.
- Whip the curd and add salt and put it in a bowl. Add all the cut vegetables in the curd and mix well.
