Ingredients Cucumber – 1 Big Onion – 1 Tomato – 1 Carrot – 1 Coriander leaves – few Green Chillies – 2 (Medium size) Salt – 1/2 teaspoon or as per taste Curd – one big bowl Directions Remove the skin and seeds from cucumber and and cut it into tiny pieces. Remove skin from carrot and cut it also to the same size of cucumber pieces.Cut tomato and remove the seeds and inner portion. Cut it into small piecesSlit the green clillies and remove the seeds and chop finely.Chop Coriander leaves and onion finely.Whip the curd and add salt and put it in a bowl. Add all the cut vegetables in the curd and mix well.
