Tomato Peanut Chutney is a tangy, nutty, and gently spiced side that comes together quickly. Roasted peanuts add richness, while tomatoes and tamarind bring a bright, zesty flavor. Serve it with dosa, idli, rice, or your favorite snacks.

This tangy, nutty condiment is made by roasting crisp peanuts and red chillies, then sautéing tomatoes with tamarind. Once cooled, everything is blended with salt into a smooth paste and finished with a fragrant mustard-and-asafoetida tempering. Mix well and serve with dosa, idli, rice, or snacks.
