Could you please advise what all vegetables and fruits we can take, which will increase our calcium level but sugar level wont increase. My dad had fractured his right shoulder.surgery has been done now, he has sugar and BP also. What food,vegetable and fruits do you advise?

For children under 3 needs more Nutrition and balanced diet. In addition to the usual diet, you can give garlic soup too. No harm in it. But for adults with this soup, just one bun or two slices of bread will do.

Made it with Vegetable stock and it turned out very yummy. Enjoy it during cold chilly days.
