This dosa is a spicy and flavourful one and a change from ordinary dosa. It can be served with mild White Coconut Chutney or with curd.

  • Heat Dosa tawa. Wipe it with oil.
  • Pour one big ladle of batter in the tawa and spread it round. Pour a teaspoon of oil around the corners of the dosa.
  • When it is slightly cooked, put one teaspoon of Garlic Chutney on the dosa and spread it over the dosa.
  • Sprinkle little oil over it.
  • After it cooked well, flip it over and cook other side also.
  • Can be served with mild White Coconut Chutney or curd.
