Ingredients
Dosa Batter (Check here for recipe) – 1 bowl (required for 2 people)
Garlic Chutney – 4 to 5 teaspoons
Oil – as required
Directions
- Heat Dosa tawa. Wipe it with oil.
- Pour one big ladle of batter in the tawa and spread it round. Pour a teaspoon of oil around the corners of the dosa.
- When it is slightly cooked, put one teaspoon of Garlic Chutney on the dosa and spread it over the dosa.
- Sprinkle little oil over it.
- After it cooked well, flip it over and cook other side also.
- Can be served with mild White Coconut Chutney or curd.
