Ingredients
- Cauliflower – 1 medium
- Tomato – 1
- Onion – 1
- Garlic flakes – 2
- Oil – 2 teaspoon
- Jeera – 1 teaspoon
- Ghee – 1 teaspoon
- Pepper powder and salt as required
- Milk – 1 cup
- Water – 4 cups
Separate the florets from cauliflower and cut into small pieces. Chop onion, tomato and garlic finely. In a heavy bottomed vessel, put the oil and fry the onion and garlic flakes. Then add chopped tomato and fry well. Add the florets and fry for a while. Add water and cook till the vegetable is soft. Cool it. Grind to a fine paste. Put it in a big bowl and add hot milk to make the soup slightly thin. Add salt. Heat the ghee and saute the jeera in it. Put this into the soup. Mix well. Add croutons and sprinkle pepper powder and little salt.
Serve hot.
