Chop the onion finely. Cut capsicum lenthwise into small pieces.
In a kadai put the oil and when it is hot add mustard. When it pops up, add Bengal gram dhal, Urad dhal and fry till the dhals turn light brown. Add chopped onion and curry leaves and fry till onion turns trasparant. Add capsicum pieces and fry for one minute. Now add cooked kondai kadalai along with a pinch of salt and stir it. Then add cooked rice, Rice Mix Powder along with salt and mix gently.
Note: Instead of Kondai Kadalai, you can add a handful of ground Nut / Pea Nut or cashew nuts.
If you do not have Rice Mix Powder in stock, just fry one teaspoon each of bengal gram dhal, urad dhal, coriander seeds, two red chillies, a small piece of cinnamon stick and a clove in a teaspoon of oil and powder it. Add to the rice and mix it.
