Peanut Chutney is a flavorful condiment made by first frying peanuts in a dry kadai until they are hot. Once roasted, the peanuts are mixed with dried chilies, tamarind, and salt, then ground into a smooth paste. To enhance the flavor, the chutney is seasoned with mustard seeds and curry leaves, adding a delightful crunch and aroma. This versatile chutney pairs well with various dishes and can be enjoyed as a dip or spread.
