This is quick to make and can be served with idli or dosa.Ingredients Pea Nuts – 1 cup Red chillies – 4 Nos Tamarind – a small gooseberry size Salt – ¾ teaspoonDirectionsFry the pea nuts (you can use with or without skin) in a kadai without oil.When it is hot to touch, remove it.Add chillies, tamarind and salt and grind to a paste.Season it with mustard and curry leaves.
