Spicy Garlic Chutney

minutesThis spicy garlic chutney goes well with Idli/dosa. Also for making Poondu Dosa we can use it as a spread on the Dosa.
Ingredients
Garlic pearls – 15 to 20 Nos
Red Chilli – 10 to 15 Nos
Salt – 1 teaspoon or as per taste
Gingelly oil – 1 or 2 tablespoons
Directions
- Put garlic pearls, red chillies and salt in a mixie jar and grind it to a fine paste.
- Transfer to a bowl and pour oil over the chutney and mix well.
Notes
- You can add the oil directly to the chutney. Or you can heat some oil on a tadka pan and add it to the chutney.

hi I tried this chutney and it was the tastiest chutney i ever had.
it was very tasty with idlies,rava adai,chapathi.I mixed a tsp of this chutney with chilli tomato ketchup,that was the best ketchup…
