A pachadi that is quick to make and can be served with any flavored rice.

Ingredients

  • Curd – 1 cup

  • Fresh coconut gratings – 2 tablespoon

  • Green chilli – 1

  • Curry leaves – few

  • Oil – 1 teaspoon

  • Mustard – 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt – a pinch

Directions

  • Whip the curd and add coconut gratings. Add salt and mix well.
  • Add the oil in a pan and when it is hot add mustard.
  • When it pops up add green chillies chopped finely along with curry leaves chopped.
  • Stir well and add to the curd. Mix well.
