- Cucumber – 1 No
- Thick Curd – 1 cup
- Green Chillies – 2
- Fresh ginger – a small piece
- Curry leaves – few
- Pomegranate pearls (Optional) – few
- Salt – ½ teaspoon
- Remove the skin and seeds from cucumber and cut it into small pieces.
- Chop green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and add to the cucumber along with salt.
- Add the curd (Beaten well) and stir well. Garnish with pomegranate pearls.
- Note: For one cup cucumber pieces, you have to add one cup curd.
