- Garlic flakes – 10
- Red Chilli Powder – 2 to 3 pinches
- Oil – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – 1/4 teaspoon or as per taste
- Curd – 1 cup
- Chop garlic flakes finely.
- Fry it in a teaspoon of oil till it become golden brown.
- Beat the curd. Add salt and the fried garlic. Mix it well.
- Sprinkle red chilli powder and stir well.
