Ingredients

  • Gooseberry – 5 to 6

  • Curd – 1 big cup

  • Coconut gratings – ½ cup

  • Green Chilli – 1

  • Fresh ginger – a small piece

  • Salt – ½ teaspoon or as per taste

  • Oil – 1 teaspoon

  • Mustard – ½ teaspoon

  • Urad dhal – 1 teaspoon

  • Asafoetida powder – a pinch

Directions

  • Wash the gooseberries, cut them into pieces, and remove the seeds.
  • Grind the gooseberry pieces with coconut, green chili, and ginger into a fine paste.
  • Beat the curd and mix in the gooseberry paste and salt thoroughly.
  • Temper with mustard, urad dal, and asafoetida powder.

    Thank you for visiting my site. This pachadi is not very familiar since it is little sour to eat. However this is the best way to consume more gooseberries which are full of vitamin c.
