Bread curd vadai

Bread Curd Vadai is a delicious and innovative snack that combines the softness of bread with the creaminess of curd. To prepare, start by removing the crust from bread slices, then dip and squeeze them to create a moist dough. Shape the soaked bread into thick, hole-centered vadas and arrange them in a bowl. Beat together curd with ginger, green chili paste, cumin powder, and salt, then pour this mixture over the vadas. Finally, garnish with grated carrots, fresh coriander leaves, and a sprinkle of garam masala for added flavor. This dish is perfect as a refreshing appetizer or snack!
