Indulge in the tropical flavors of Pineapple Cold Soup, a refreshing dish with a zesty twist. Perfect for summer with natural sweetness and a touch of warmth.

Ingredients

  • Pineapple – ½

  • Fresh Ginger – a small piece

  • Mint Leaves – few

  • Coriander Leaves – few

  • Jaggery – 1 tablespoon

  • Salt – a pinch

  • Pepper powder – ½ teaspoon

  • Fried Cumin Powder – ½ teaspoon

Directions

  • Chop the pineapple into medium-sized chunks, setting aside two or three pieces for garnish.
  • Combine the pineapple chunks in a blender with ginger, mint, coriander leaves, jaggery, and a bit of water to create a smooth puree. Strain the mixture afterward.
  • Season the strained puree with salt, pepper, and roasted cumin powder (ensure the cumin is dry-roasted before grinding). Stir thoroughly.
  • Use the thin slices of the reserved pineapple pieces for garnish. Chill in the refrigerator for half an hour before serving.

Notes
