Ingredients
2 big potatoes
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup ghee
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
Few drops of badam essence
Yellow food colour – few drops (Optional)
Directions
- Cook the potatoes, remove skin and mash it well.
- Add the sugar to the cooked potatoes and keep it on a slow fire. Stir continuously until the mixture is thick.
- Add food colour and the ghee. The potato mixture will now leaves the sides of the vessel.
- Add the cardamom powder, badam essence and mix well.
- Transfer to a greased bowl.
