Cucumber Mor Kootu
This tangy kootu is made with yoghurt and cucumber. It can be served as a side dish for any Kara Kuzhambu.
This Kootu is mostly prepared on festival days, especially for Thiruvathirai and Pongal. This is also called as “Pongal Kootu”. This dish is made with mixed vegetables. This is served together with Thiruvathirai Kali.
