Ingredients

  • Raw mango cut into small pieces – 1/2 cup

  • C oconut gratings – 2 tablespoons

  • G reen Chillies – 4

  • Fresh coriander leaves – few

  • G inger – a small piece

  • Roasted peanut – 1 tablespoon

  • Salt – 1/2 Teaspoon Or As Per Taste

  • For seasoning:
  • Oil – 1 Teaspoon

  • Mustard – 1/2 Teaspoon

  • Urad Dal – 1 Teaspoon

  • Asafoetida Powder – 2 Pinches

Directions

  • In a mixie jar put mango pieces, coconut gratings, green chillies, ginger, roasted peanut, coriander leaves and salt.
  • Grind it to a coarse paste.
  • Season it with mustard, urad dal and asafoetida powder.
