Raw mango cut into small pieces – 1/2 cup
C oconut gratings – 2 tablespoons
G reen Chillies – 4
Fresh coriander leaves – few
G inger – a small piece
Roasted peanut – 1 tablespoon
Salt – 1/2 Teaspoon Or As Per Taste
- For seasoning:
Oil – 1 Teaspoon
Mustard – 1/2 Teaspoon
Urad Dal – 1 Teaspoon
Asafoetida Powder – 2 Pinches
Directions
- In a mixie jar put mango pieces, coconut gratings, green chillies, ginger, roasted peanut, coriander leaves and salt.
- Grind it to a coarse paste.
- Season it with mustard, urad dal and asafoetida powder.
