Hi Kamalama,
I prepared this y’day,..I faced one problem..the cauliflower was not cooked properly in around 10 mins so i let it cook for some more time..and it became quite sour..what should i do to avoid this..can i cook the cauliflower first and then marinate it.?
The reason for not cooking the cauliflower, may be the marination is too dry. You can add little water and cook. But do not marinate after cooking. Sourness may be due to curd is too sour or excess in quantity.
