Potato Pepper Fry (Method 1)


  • Potato – 2 Nos
  • Pepper – 2 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon or as per taste
  • Oil – 1 tablespoon

Remove the skin and cut potatos into medium size squares.Put it in a boiling water and cook for two to three minutes. (You can also microwave it for two minutes).
Crush the pepper corns coarsely.
In a kadai put the oil and when it is hot add the potatos along with crushed pepper powder and salt. Stir well. Keep it in low flame for two to three minutes stirring now and then.
It is an easy and quick recipe and goes well with Mor Kuzhambu
