Potato Pepper Fry

This is a quick and easy recipe made with potato and goes well with Mor Kuzhambu.

Ingredients

  • Potato – 2 Nos

  • Pepper – 2 teaspoon

  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon or as per taste

  • Oil – 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • Remove the skin and cut potatoes into medium size squares. Put them in boiling water and cook for two to three minutes. (You can also microwave it for two minutes).
  • Crush the pepper corns coarsely.
  • In a frying pan add the oil. When it is hot add, the potatoes along with crushed pepper powder and salt. Stir well.
  • Keep it in low flame for two to three minutes stirring now and then.
