This peanut (verkadalai) rice is made with peanut podi and garnished with curry leaves.

Ingredients

  • Cooked Rice – 1 big bowl (to serve 2)

  • Peanut Podi – 2 to 3 tablespoons

  • Peanut – 1 tablespoon

  • Curry leaves – few

Directions

  • Just add the Pea Nut Podi to the cooked rice and mix it well.
  • Garnish with peanuts and curry leaves.
  • If you want, you can add a teaspoon of oil and a pinch of salt while mixing the rice.
