Ingredients
Garlic flakes – 10
Red Chili Powder – 2 to 3 pinches
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon or as per taste
Curd (yoghurt) – 1 cup
Directions
- Chop garlic flakes finely.
- Fry it in a teaspoon of oil till it become golden brown.
- Beat the curd. Add salt and the fried garlic. Mix it well.
- Sprinkle red chilli powder and stir well.
Great Use of Curd. I like the way in which you can change the tasteless curd into a tasteful dish called Raita
