Garlic Raita


  • Garlic flakes – 10
  • Red Chilli Powder – 2 to 3 pinches
  • Oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon or as per taste
  • Curd – 1 cup


  1. Chop garlic flakes finely.
  2. Fry it in a teaspoon of oil till it become golden brown.
  3. Beat the curd.  Add salt and the fried garlic.  Mix it well.
  4. Sprinkle red chilli powder and stir well.


  1. Great Use of Curd. I like the way in which you can change the tasteless curd into a tasteful dish called Raita
