Pin Print Milagu Sevai 0.0 from 0 votes Recipe by S Kamala Course: SnacksCuisine: Indian, TamilDifficulty: Easy Servings4servingsPrep time0minutesCooking time5minutes An idiyappam dish made with black pepper and cashew nuts Ingredients Idiyappam – 1 bowl Black Pepper – 1 teaspoon Cumin (Jeeragam) – 1 teaspoon Salt – a pinch Ghee or Oil – 1 teaspoon Curry leaves – few Cashew Nuts – few Directions Gently take out the idiyappam strings and make it loose.Coarsely pound pepper and jeera.In a kadai put a teaspoon of ghee or oil and when it is hot add cashew nuts, pepper and jeera powder and curry leaves. Fry till the cashew nuts become light brown. Add the idiyappam along with a pinch of salt and switch off the stove. Mix well and serve.
