Watermelon Cold Soup

Ingredients

  • Watermelon cubes – 1 cup

  • Curd – 1/2 cup

  • Lime Juice – 1/2 teaspoon

  • Fresh Ginger – a small piece

  • Pepper powder – a pinch

  • Salt – a pinch

  • Mint Leaves – few

  • Sambar Onion – 2

Directions

  • Combine the watermelon pieces, curd, ginger, and mint leaves in a blender and puree until smooth.
  • Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper powder.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve in a glass or bowl, topped with additional watermelon pieces, finely chopped sambar onion, and mint leaves.
