Instant khoya is a convenient and quick alternative to traditional khoya, which is a dairy product commonly used in Indian and Pakistani desserts. This instant version can be easily made at home using just milk powder and ghee, saving time and effort in the kitchen. It provides the same creamy and rich texture as traditional khoya, making it perfect for recipes like barfi, gulab jamun, and peda. Enjoy the delicious taste of homemade khoya without the long cooking process by trying out this instant version today.

How can I cook, pakka Tamil sambar (without Onion or Garlic) for idly
Hi Lakshmi Ramana,
Mostly for sambar, onion is added. But I never add garlic in idli sambar. If you do not want onion in the sambar, just omit it and prepare the sambar. Check my idli sambar recipe: https://www.kamalascorner.com/2008/05/idli-sambar.html
