- Milk Powder – 2 cups
- Milk – 1/4 cup
- Ghee – 3 teaspoons
- Put the milk powder in a broad vessel and keep it aside.
- Add ghee to the milk and bring to boil. When it starts boiling, remove from stove and pour over the milk powder slowly stirring continuously with a wooden spoon.
- This instant khoya can be used in preparing the sweets and other dishes.
