A sweet that can be snacked anytime or served with lunch as a sweet. This instant khoya can be used in preparing the sweets and other dishes.
Milk Powder – 2 cups
Milk – 1/4 cup
Ghee – 3 teaspoons
- Put the milk powder in a broad vessel and keep it aside.
- Add ghee to the milk and bring to boil.
- When it starts boiling, remove from stove and pour over the milk powder slowly stirring continuously with a wooden spoon.
