- Tomato - 2 Nos
- Red Chillies - 4 Nos
- Urad dhal - 2 teaspoons
- Garlic flakes - 4 Nos
- Oil - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon or as per taste
Method:
Cut the tomatoes into medium size pieces.
In a kadai put the oil and fry red chillies and urad dhal separately and remove. Add garlic flakes and tomatoes pieces and fry for two minutes in medium flame. Cool it. Mix together all the above along with salt and grind to a paste.
