Ingredients Tomato (fully ripe) – 1 No Big Onion – 1 No Bengal gram dhal – 1 tablespoon Red Chillies – 4 Nos Asafoetida Powder – a pinch Oil – 1 tablespoon Mustard – 1/2 teaspoon Salt – 1/2 teaspoon or as per taste Directions In a frying pan, add one teaspoon of oil and fry Bengal gram dhal until it turns light brown. Then add red chillies and asafoetida and fry lightly, then remove. In the same pan, add one more teaspoon of oil and add the onion pieces and fry for one minute. Then add the tomato pieces and fry for one more minute. Once cooled, mix all the ingredients together and grind them into a paste. Finally, season the mixture with mustard to finish.
